[Bug-ocrad] OCRAD executable (OCRAD.EXE)

Hello,

I came across your website as it seems like an interesting project. I see no 
mention of platforms that OCRAD will successfully run on. I am using a Windows 
XP Home SP2 environment. I have access to .NET compilers as well as older 
Visual C++ compilers. If it will run on Intel x86 platforms, how do I compile 
this program? I see a makefile but I cannot get my compiler to use it properly.
