Why? You may crop the lower right quadrant and then rotate it 180
degrees to make it the upper left quadrant.
`ocrad file.pbm --crop 0.5,0.5,1.0,1.0 -t rotate180'
This is equivalent, but more efficient, that rotating all the page first
and then cropping the upper left quadrant.

Talking about hardware purchases, perhaps your company could make a
generous donation to the ocrad project. :-) I am short of disk space and
neither have a SANE compatible scanner.
