[bug-obsolete-packages] ls.exe has a bug for chinese characters?

 thank you for your unix tools for windows.

 when i used ls.exe tool,there was a problem  that is can't show
 Chinese Characters, i don't know whether it's a bug,but i wish it
 would be fixed,thanks!
