| Subject: 20200808 build breakage on FreeBSD
| Hi,
|
| The change documented as:
|
| modify configuration checks for build-time tic/infocmp to use AC_CHECK_TOOL
|
| in the 20200808 snapshot appears to have broken the build on FreeBSD. I
| haven't looked further, but will investigate. Any suggestions until then?
I'm not sure: if I did that correctly, it would only have modified the behavior
for cross-compiling (by allowing it to select a tool that previously was
ignored).
I'll see how it affects my own build with FreeBSD
(I tested that with Debian and Fedora last week, found no problems).
