probably not: I do have a request from Nicolas Marriot to modify the
setting regarding xterm-keys

which I'll bundle with a couple of other items on my to-do list.
However, "Tc" isn't in that list.

as for OSC 52, I'm curious what tmux does for the terminals where that
feature isn't/won't-be implemented.
