Unofficial ncurses git repository

Hi all,

I've been playing with some scripts to take the weekly patch releases
and incorporate them into a git repository. I'm finally satisfied with
them, have automated them, and believe the repository is ready to share.

The repository is available at:

  git://ncurses.scripts.mit.edu/ncurses.git

and browsable at:

  http://ncurses.scripts.mit.edu/

The repository currently contains all releases back to 4.1, and all
weekly patches since release 5.6. It is updated by a cron job that runs
hourly, and should update with no intervention until ncurses 5.8 is
released.
