The modification of entry "konsole-xf4x" and/or the addition of "konsole+pcfkeys" broke terminfo.src in version 5.7 so that tic spins forever. This patch works fine for me, though it loses "konsole+pcfkeys" but I don't need it.

The fix for tic is in the same patch that applied this to terminfo.src:

+ add teraterm4.59 terminfo entry, use that as primary teraterm entry,
          original to teraterm2.3 -TD
+ update "gnome" terminfo to 2.22.3 -TD
+ update "konsole" terminfo to 1.6.6, needs today's fix for tic -TD
        + add "aterm" terminfo -TD
        + add "linux2.6.26" terminfo -TD
+ add logic to tic for cancelling strings in user-defined capabilities,
          overlooked til now.

This issue is why (for example), I've not updated the terminfo.src.gz
on my ftp area (to avoid having people who've not actually installed
ncurses 5.7 run into the problem).
