getcchar() man page

The man page for getcchar() says:

  When wch is a null pointer, getcchar returns the number of wide 
  characters referenced by wcval, including the null terminator.

However, it appears that the null terminator is not actually included in 
the count. IMHO, not counting it is the correct behavior (corresponding to 
strlen(), etc.), so I'd change the man page rather than the function.
