It's a shame (not the usual situation where packagers are distributing
my development versions as a release months before any announcement
but an error that I didn't catch for several months),  However, as
always, the official distribution place is ftp.gnu.org - for instance
I won't touch the freshmeat announcement, etc., until ftp.gnu.org has
the final product.
