[Bug-mit-scheme] --band error

I have recently installed your GNU/MIT scheme, 7.7.1. It installed
fine, but it consistently complains about, quote,  "
scheme: can't find a readable default for option --band.
        searched for file runtime.com in these directories:
        /usr/local/lib/mit-scheme

Inconsistency detected."

How do I fix this?
