[Efraim Flashner] mes on riscv64

Hi Andrius!

See below, Efraim [cc] built Mes natively (thank you, Efraim!) and ran
the test suite: For the gcc-build, three tests fail

FAIL: lib/tests/scaffold/70-extern.c

The mescc test suite isn't run, because one of this.  Before looking
into the problems with the tcc build it could be helpful to look into
these failures, and esp. run the mescc test suite.

I built mes this time with the -K flag so I was able to keep the output
after it failed the tests.

mes was on commit af06592b5d0b193bd876439482b06664e23e421c and
m2-planet on commit c82fb8c3530e93fd49efe60da785ffff827ea4d
