Follow-up Comment #2, bug #43689 (project make): I built 4.0 and it was working, but I don't know if this is compiler switch related. Some debugging shows me that find_next_token is not able to make it through the third byte of utf8 sequence 0xe3 0x81 0x84 It basically fails at the STOP_SET macro.
