It's not so simple, because this is all handled through boilerplate
stuff on the gnu.org site. I don't actually (IIRC) do much to make
these manuals appear in the right spot, it mostly Just Happens.
I can poke around and see if it's possible to support multiple versions
within the GNU web framework.
If not we'd need to file an enhancement request with the FSF webmaster
folks to add support for it.
