Hi Sofía;

This mailing list is for questions about and problems with GNU make
itself.  Your issue above it not related to make; rather it's something
wrong with the package you're trying to build or perhaps you're missing
something that should be installed on your system.

Either way, you need to ask this question on a list or in a group that
knows about how to build net-pcap; they should be able to provide more
help.
