Here is from Mutt, the rejected message's attachment list:

 I     1 <no description>                                                       
           [text/plain, 7bit, utf-8, 1.1K]
  I     2 <no description>

  I     3 Asciidoctor with PDF: Here is where I ch

I have been testing, so if I send the attached file name with ä that
is where I get it returned back.

I am probably supposed to encode the name of the attachment.

How would that work in GNU Mailutils?
