I am trying to build it, I have aclocal-1.16 but it asks for 1.15:
$ make
cd . && /bin/sh
/home/data1/protected/Programming/Software/Mail/mailutils/build-aux/missing

/home/data1/protected/Programming/Software/Mail/mailutils/build-aux/missing:
line 81: automake-1.15: command not found

The 'automake' program is part of the GNU Automake package:

It also requires GNU Autoconf, GNU m4 and Perl in order to run:

<http://www.perl.org/>
