Print all mail to standard output. It is equivalent to issuing
following commands after starting 'mail -N':
print *
quit
Well it is not the equivalent, as doing the latter removes their new
status, as shown via mail -H.
Also maybe show what other one liner it is equivalent to, e.g.,
$ mail -N -E ... -E quit
