I don' know what you are referring to. Mailutils supports all IMAP4D
commands described in RFC 2060, 2971, 3501 and 3691. That includes
FETCH ENVELOPE as well. The testcase for the latter is provided in the
distribution (imap4d/testsuite/imap4d/fetch.exp, line 64).
