[bug-mailutils] failure to build on amd64 & ia64

Hi,

The Debian package for 2.1 is failing to autobuild on both ia64 and amd64.
I don't have the necessary hardware to do any kind of tests myself, so
I hope Sergey or others can have a look at this one.

amd64 fails during the testsuite run:

For ia64, the story is completely different:
