[bug-mailutils] build problem

I decided to get a fresh and clean download of Mailutils and ran into the 
following problem building it.


*** No rule to make target `mu_address.texi', needed by `mailutils.info'.  Stop.


I don't thnk its serious, but, it stops the build....
