[bug-mailutils] mailutils: forgot ~x in the ~? list

You forgot ~x in this list:
~?

s[string]
t[name-list]

w[filename]
|[shell-command]

Also what good is this list if you don't mention what each item does
instead of just lots of blank space. The user might not have another
window to search documentation.

P.S., Info says:
  Email bug reports to <address@hidden>.  Be sure to include the
  word "mailutils" somewhere in the "Subject:" field.

Say what will happen if one doesn't put "mailutils" in the Subject
field, you will discard their message?  Isn't it already in the To field?
