I've only tested with Fetchmail. Please check this with Fetchmail too
to see whether it is a global problem, or not.

BTW. Why do you use imap4d on port 993? As I know this port number
is reserved for imap4d with (for example) stunnel, right? When you use
imap4d with STARTTLS command support, then you should use port 143
as usual. Am I wrong?
