[bug-mailutils] configure.ac: AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR

Hello,

While hacking a NLS I've noticed that it would be nice
if the following line would appear in the configure.ac:

 AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR([scripts])

This would make a top directory a bit cleaner, especially
in the full release. For an end-user files such as config.*,
depcomp, missing, mkinstalldirs, texinfo.tex, etc.
are not so important. Of course this is a very minor thing,
but please write what do you think about it.
