The best way is to run popauth, which comes along with qpopper.
popauth -list will dump on stdout the contents of qpopper's
authorization db.
If you don't have popauth, you can try db_dump <filename>. If qpopper
uses db earlier than 1.86, try db_dump185 (Both programs come with
Berkeley DB package).
If any of the above does not work, and you have sendmail installed on
your system, you can try praliases as a last resort, like this:
praliases -f <filename>
