No, it is not redirected.  I'm not the only one not seeing his changes.
If you look at :

http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/commit-mailutils/

for the last two months, You will not see any emails from Sam, even
though he commited.  The only email you'll see is your test email:

http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/commit-mailutils/2001-August/000639.html

Thanks, for taking a look at this.  It is not a high priority.

However, I remember that Sam did not have a valid account on
gnu's machine, like us (Sergey, Jeff, Jakob).  I think he was
getting cvs via SSH, ...  actually I'm not sure how he is getting the
repository.
