Alain,

We're putting a web front-end on subversions (soureforge-esque) and 
calling it savannah.  I'd like to move mailutils to use that.  The 
downside is that the CVSRoot changes.  The upside is a ton of kick-ass 
features (Maintainers have direct control over access, read only and 
read-write options, users can deal with their own passwords, etc...)

There'll be a couple days warning for it happening, since it will be my 
first conversion and I want to take this quite slowly.
