Yes, sorry for the second mail. I only saw now both your mails, because the
first one went straight to my spam box (*facepalm*). So I wrote my second
mail thinking it could be useful, not knowing you had already identified
faster and more precisely the problem.

And also yes you are correct, \include "lilypond-book-preamble.ly" does
replicate the problem.

It's good to know the lyluatex team is on this list :)
