Fixed with cf93b1df71253b2686ceabacdf49a47e6908da64.  To verify - go to the  
NR, section 1.2.6 and scroll down until you see "Selected Snippets"  
- "Using grace note slashes with normal heads".  You should see a  
description, the lilypond code used and notes with slashed flags.  If you  
do, please verify.
