Allow embedded Scheme inside of markup expressions
In my ongoing quest of trying to get something nice before getting it
documented, here is a change allowing #... to be used inside of markup
expressions for providing either markup (including simple strings) or
markup lists.
Eventually this might make it possible to retire MARKUP_IDENTIFIER and
MARKUPLIST_IDENTIFIER from the parser. Since we already had a problem
report caused by $'() being (quite correctly according to current
logic) turned into a MARKUPLIST_IDENTIFIER, this might be expedient.
