This ticket is misnamed.  The crash is not in dynamic_cast.  It was in  
dynamic_cast because I miscompiled lilypond.  Once I started making full  
rebuilds, I had to redo my simplification, which led me to a file similar  
to that in bug 1800.  And the crash was because on the context going away  
after Auto_beam_engraver::begin_beam() was called, but before  
Auto_beam_engraver::create_beam().
