I've downloaded lilypond-2.12.3-1.mingw.exe and installed on my Windows  
2003 Server
It worked very well except the installation program corrupted system PATH
by replacing all existed definition by lilypond own path and some UNIX path  
like /usr/bin ....

Now My windows 2003 system was hurt badly. I can't start up MS-SQL 2005  
express, I can't open Windows Service Manager, and many programs relied on  
PATH definition can't be started up...

Please take care of this serious bug.
