Predefined fret diagrams for guitar often use notes that are different from
what the chord theory would say. Currently a TabStaff will take the notes
from the predefined fretboard for display, but a Staff will not.
Carl has started thinking about this enhancement, but has never found the
appropriate way to implement it.
