Thanks for the hint, Neil.

This example would greatly benefit from being re-written to use explicitly  
instantiated voices anyway.  It would not only fix the immediate problem  
(which appeared when the line length was reduced generally for the docs -  
previously it fitted on one line) but would also be a far better example to  
users by encouraging them to declare voices explicitly.

As this approach is independent of 1015 and as I created the example in the  
first place I'll make a start on converting it tomorrow.
