tool.For example, fixcc.py currently gives wildly different results depending on whether you have emacs22 or emacs23 installed. If we "finalize" our code style discussion on using fixcc.py with emacs23, then fixcc.py check if you're using emacs22 or emacs24
and barf accordingly.
