I assume you mean

target/linux-x86/installer/lilypond-git.sv.gnu.org--lilypond.git-release-unstable/usr/bin/lilypond
-dshow-available-fonts &> fonts.txt

?  The output is attached.

BTW, I'm not certain if *this* is the error in GUB; I think it would be  
better if GUB
downloaded+installed the fonts.  I mean, if it does that for gcc,  
fontconfig, and
pango, it might as well do it for the fonts as well.
