Is there a mode in Lilypond that allows accidentals to take up unused space below/above other notes?

Given the following score:

{
a'2 g' f' g'   a' g' f' g'    a' g' f' g'   a' g' f' g'

a'32 b c' d' f' g' a' c'' d'' e' f' g' a' c'' d'' f'' a'' b' c'' d'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d''' e'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d'''16 a'32 b c' d' f' g' a' c'' d'' e' f' g' a' c'' d'' f'' a'' b' c'' d'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d''' e'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d'''16

a'32 bes c' d' f' g' a' c'' d'' es' f' g' a' c'' d'' f'' a'' bes' c'' d'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d''' es'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d'''16 a'32 bes c' d' f' g' a' c'' d'' es' f' g' a' c'' d'' f'' a'' bes' c'' d'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d''' es'' f'' g'' a'' c''' d'''16

a'2 g' f' g'   a' g' f' g'    a' g' f' g'   a' g' f' g'     a' g' f' g'

}

The 3rd line looks pretty ugly, as it tries to make space available for the accidentals, but then squashes all the 32nd notes together. But in fact there's already space available for them, under the previous notes. I've looked over a few traditionally engraved scores, and it seems that fairly consistently, if room is available for an accidental above or below a previous note, then no extra horizontal space is needed.
