I realized that the description of vocal music, in particular the
hyphens, in the manual and tutorial (developement version)
is not updated with the new (and beutiful) way in which lilypond renders
lyrics.
It says that hyphens are centered between sylable with variable length,
this was true in older versions, but not now.
Also I do not found references to \lyricsto
