allowbeambreak not done right

Beams that go through line breaks are not done right.
If you take a look at scores, you will notice that the
first half of the broken beam always extends all the
way to the barline. Check out Ravel's "Pavane pour une
infante defunte" for examples.

The second half of the broken beam should also extend
much further back. Again refer to scores; Schoenberg's
Piano Pieces, many of Ravel's piano pieces, Prokofiev
Piano Concerto 1, etc.
