Suggestion: --no-midi

I would vote to remove --no-pdf , --no-ps, -m, --no-paper and
--no-lily - they clutter the commandline interface. Any objections? 

As for the warnings: I have add support for MIDI \lyricsto with beams,
slurs & ties.
