We need to fix the "please report bug to ..." messages so that they 
refer to some document which says what you said.

There is a new form of spam.  Let's call it anti-spam.  Anti-spam is 
generated by mailing list managers which bounce "moderator" messages 
to the "sender" so that a claimed sending address receives hundreds of 
messages regarding emails he never sent.  Unfortunately, spam is 
easier to filter out than anti-spam.
