Comment-only script rejected, possible bug

Hello everyone,


I see that my LibreJS 7.20.2 blocks three scripts on the Wikipedia main
page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page).
But the third is the file https://en.wikipedia.org/w/load.php which
contains only a three lines long comment!

Is this a bug? I think so.
Anyway I understand some Javascript so I would gladly help in
development.
