That's an interesting bug, I remember adding the magnet-link (which was the preferred method at the time) to the prettify script:
// @license magnet:?xt=urn:btih:8e4f440f4c65981c5bf93c76d35135ba5064d8b7&dn=apache-2.0.txt Apache 2.0

Which you can see here: https://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/js/prettify/prettify.js
I’m not the maintainer of LibreJS anymore but I can take a look. Magnet links are still a supported method to whitelist JS, correct?
