[Bug-librejs] Complain banner

Hello! I tested the new version of GNU LibreJS and it’s much more
usable! Congratulations! :D

Just two things: first I’d like to make the “Complain” banner possible
to hide, so that it doesn’t mask text (it’s really really annoying),
since we don’t need it anymore once we complained ^^"

So it would be useful to add button to “mask it for this” “tab”,
“session” or “profile”, and make it showable again either through
contextual menu or LibreJS button within toolbar/menu.
