Details:

When attempting to use the let-star.scm test, it fails on interpretation with
the let-star.dump.

After speaking with someone whose familiar with trunk and him suggestion that
let* might be broken I attempted to reformat using defines which is
define.scm, and it fails with define.dump.

It's a different error, but I don't know if they are related.

The first method, using let* works correctly under 1.9.1.  The 2nd method,
using defines exclusively errors out the same way in 1.9.1.
