I made the final commit of IPv6 code for syslogd in '17d6784e'
on September, 1st. The resulting code has been running on and
of on OpenBSD, and essentially constantly on GNU/kFreeBSD.
The planned test phases are not fully complete, but have
not uncovered any mishaps as of yet.

The commit got slightly delayed in order to be prepended
with the changes needed to get rid of HAVE_SYSLOG_INTERNAL.
Thus logger and syslogd both compile with OpenSolaris.
