   Thus I pose these alternate solutions for the final coding:

      (1)   server disables PORT, EPRT, LPRT, PASV, and LPSV.

      (2)   server disables PORT, EPRT, and LPRT.

   My personal feeling is to go for (2), but I need your blessing.
   It is only at a later stage that LPRT and LPSV will be implemented
   in our server, but I want to bring them up already now.

I haven't looked into this at all, but if you think that (2) is good,
then lets do that.  If worst comes to worst, we can change it later.
