GNU indent 2.2.9 man page missing some information.

Hi,

We are in the process of integrating GNU indent 2.2.9 into the Solaris O/S.
We noticed that the .../indent-2.2.9/man/indent.1 file included with the
source tarball distribution does not have the indent Edition, Version and
"last updated" information. In other words it looks like:

DESCRIPTION
This man page is generated from the file indent.texinfo. This is Edi‐
tion of "The indent Manual", for Indent Version , last updated .

The .../indent-2.2.9/doc/indent.info does have that information:

29 This is Edition 2.2.9, 10 November 2002, of `The `indent' Manual',
30 for Indent Version 2.2.9.

so presumably the the .../indent-2.2.9/man/texinfo2man.c code is failing
to do the correct thing.

I notice that the GNU indent distribution (version 2.2.11) on my Ubuntu
12.10 system has exactly the same problem.
