indent 2.2.10 toggles the output on subsequent calls

Hi,

After upgrading to fedora 10 and indent-2.2.10 the attached code
snippet toggles the output of indent between two different styles.

This meens, indenting an always indented file reformats it again. I've
used indent without args.

Any hints?
