I have had a look, there are licence/copyright issues:

- the new files you created are under GPLv3+, that's no good for
  libpthread, which we need to use with programs using various licences
  :)

- we need copyright assignment, from the fencepost records, I only see
  assignments for MACH from you.  Did you request for assigning
  copyright for other projects?
