I added a vague comment about it. Giving more detail would require
to describe the net_recv_msg structure. But the function looks quite
generic. So I'm not sure if doing that is appropiate.
Also, BPF remains undocumented. I don't know what's the best thing to
do about it. Probably referencing some external source is enough. There's
a USENIX paper about BPF which looks good.
